Is this the US signed edition? 

On the US signed edition, the tipped-in signature page is an additional page that is not present on the regular (unsigned) edition.  It also has a special UPC code label stuck over the regular one on the back of the dust jacket.

I don't know if that's the signed book UPC code, but if that's a sticker then that's a good sign.

The unsigned book, once you open the front cover, has the colored flyleaf, the half title page, and then the title page.  

The signed edition has the signed blank page in between the flyleaf and half title page.

(If it was signed during an in-store book signing then it would not have the extra page).

The UK edition is different, though.
