Dual PSA cert #”s

Can anyone explain why sometimes when you type in a PSA DNA CERT# on their website , sometimes 2 items comes up , I am starting to see it more 

For example PSA CERT # 84964977 comes up as a Kobe Bryant card and a Dr J card, how and why is this possible ?

In this case, that's because the Kobe is a PSA card (unsigned), and the Julius Erving is a PSA/DNA signed card. PSA and PSA/DNA certifications each have their own certification databases.
