Personally, I don’t think so.. his Bs seem to be pretty clear. The first letter looks more like an R to me. The second initial looks like an N or W to me. But some signatures don’t look anything like what they are meant to spell.. so that may not mean anything.  Do you have any ballpark ideas of where you may have picked it up?

Second letter seems an "a" to me.  I tried Robin Williams but early examples seem to show a simpler looped "o and different negative space in the upper loop of the "R".  I have seen examples with one "l" and two with the paraph which is sometimes longer.
