Hi all. Just have a question about return policies in general..If you buy an item from a dealer, such as a photograph or something that is easily capable of damage, it is poorly shipped to you by the dealer, (loan piece of cardboard with the photo in a piece of plastic similar to a paper folder that would be put in a binder)-like plastic and a bunch of tape), and the item is bent in the postage, should the dealer refund or exchange your purchase? Just wondering. Thanks!

If a dealer doesn't pack according to industry standards, then he's responsible.
