The set is clearly genuine IMO, and John, Paul, and George are great examples, but it has issues that hold the value down significantly.
It's on 3 pages, which lowers the value. Ringo's autograph was haphazardly signed and has pen issues on Ringo's R, and it greatly distracts from a beautiful Lennon, the most valuable autograph.
If you're interested buying it, I'd compute the value of each of the 3 pages individually.
The 2 ink blobs inside the loop of the R and lower left of the loop. A few much lighter ones at the top of the S. Areas primarily on the R and S where the right edge of the writing isn't smooth like it normally is.
You know, I like Ringo better this morning. Embarrassing as it is, I was so distracted by the blob in the right of the loop of the R that I didn't see the obvious—it was the dot of the I! The signature is still distracting to me but definitely better than I thought last night.
