This is no longer showing.  
My understanding is the announcement of this was due this week but there is a delay in publishing so it's not out there to buy yet. 
One to watch out for.

Now available at Resident and Coles (UK).  Coles lists the book as being signed by Jim Kerr, Charlie Burchill & Graeme Thomson, whereas Resident only mentions "signed copy" (note the version at Bookabookshop was also signed by all three, so probably a reasonable chance that Resident version has all three signatures)
