This was just a copy printed on an insert. The words were moved about a bit when it was "created." Certified authentic. Original below. Thanks to Corey Moylan.

I am not being rude, but run away from this ball. This isn't even a good fake. I'm not trying to insult anyone, but this is a bad fake. I have no idea how anyone could say otherwise. I'm just trying to save you some money.

Melissa, if it helps you sleep better, here are known exemplars that include PSA/DNA authentication and/or Online Authentics (Koufax's official signing partner for a time) next to yours.
All the fundamentals are there. I'm confident you're standing on solid ground :)
