Beatles signed PYX Magazine

What do the members think the value is of this magazine? (If authentic).  Some dark markings/wear on the cover and Ringo's last name has some contrast issues.

Here’s the one I had. Was my 1st set of autographs. I bought it from Frank Caiazzo but not long ago I traded it back to him, toward another purchased set.
