Wondering how I should handle this if anyone has ideas. 

I have documented my journey in detail how I added Jane Curtin to complete this cover. Attended a psa event in Schererville Indiana early May to have this added to the COA and issue a new LOA with everyone included. I have been watching the PSA lookup site like a hawk for changes... about 2 weeks ago there was finally an update to the picture on their listing but Jane Curtin has yet to be added to the names of signers. 

I have sent them emails and links to in person videos and documentation I posted on this site and there has not been any reply so far. I know that authentication services are extremely backed up but this is pretty ridiculous. If they are making this much money, just Hire more people. Its not rocket science. Unless they are planning for their bubble to burst. 

Anyways. Im wondering if anyone out there has connections and can tell me if there is more that can be done to make sure this authentication is complete so I can get this off my mind. Or any info at all besides email. I feel this may have to come to me attending another convention in person with my item and its something I'm really trying to avoid since my collecting days are done and this will cost me time and money living rural.
