I've noticed a trend on Ebay lately......A ton of fake music signatures on albums all claiming

to be "from my father's collection".  I have counted at least 13 sellers who are continuously using that line to obviously absolve themselves from any responsibility as to authenticity.  Anybody else notice this?

yes i sure have noticed this or else they came from a little old lady in passadena who started collecting when she was a child. another one is the word rare when there are literally a hundred or so one can find on ebay. to me it is a turn off right away.  on the other hand some sellers dont put what they should show on their listings.   for example over time i had bought first lady autographs that were sighned "to so and so and his wife".  did not realize until looking at my autographs at later date they were all inscribed to same couple.  i went through my archives and found this gentleman who i bought from and emailed him.   turns out he and his wife who has incidentally passed away were the couple they were inscribed to.  apparently there was a lot of correspondence between them nancy reagan and many other first ladies.   i think  he should have mentioned this important note.........carl.
