i hope mr Travis will get this but i watched Ray Lewis sign footballs and jerseys for like 2 hours one time including the ball i showed....did you watch him sign that piece of card board you have there???? yes MOST likely that is his signature on that card but did you watch him sign it? Because i watched him sign that ball along with maybe 15 other players who signed that ball and YOU are going to TRY to tell ME its fake lmao see unlike most you coa and card chasers out there I get my stuff from the source and yes i dont care what anyone says its only 100 % real IF YOU see them sign it.and no i dont sell my stuff...my friend is selling the ball in question...its his...i just sat in lines for him to get some of the signatures...but no i dont sell my stuff b/c one,i would lose money by the time you add up travel cost and etc etc but 2,after you meet a pro NFL player and have him sign something of yours....its just too special for me to let go..not to mention the fact that whoever i sell it to will just try to make money of it.

one systemic problem is trying to find the banned list before posting. It's not in a very visible place and if you are relatively new to selling (some are way past that) it can be difficult to find...
recently, been posting that list on craigslist and it has had it's effect. one writer noted two postings with a morales coa had poped up. More of us should post in the Collectables thread on Craigslist the EBAY Banned list.
as far as coa's poping up on EBAY there are thousands upon thousands of listings and depending on how the item is listed it can sneak by the checking, until of course, it's reported.

i'm sure this has been discussed before, but ho do you go about reporting it? When you select prohibited items and then autographs, it seems to default to "Pre-printed autographs listed in Autographs-Original category," which is decidedly not what the report is about.

Click on "Certificates of Authenticity and Letters of Authenticity." There will be a list of COAs that are not allowed.

I had to chuckle with Aring's comment on not seeing the list. Mike get your head out of the sand... that list has been published numerous times, lol! and the ACE is for Autograph Certification Experts.
Rich; haven't used the standard reporting lists in awhile but the preferred ones;
Listing Violations > Counterfeits and copyright violations > Bootlegs and counterfeit media > Counterfeit autographs
& that typically get's thier attention - then in the remarks; simply add a BANNED COA is listed with this item for sale.
also; can use the above for "non-authentic" ones... Sometimes I alter the last one if it's a secretarial (as in the many hestons) but of late - a counterfeit is a counterfeit if the Artist did not sign it (taking a harder line!)
these 3 standard categories might also work and just enough space to insert the Banned COA information;
CopyRight & Trademark, counterfeit or authenticity disclaimer, counterfeit, fake or replica items. Once submitted their response is what is "infuriating" and the time they take "excruciating;
