The top one has a Christopher Morales sticker. Does the other? He's been banned on eBay since early last year.

Yes they both have the same Morales sticker on them

nope, u have done nothing wrong & sounds like he should be more worried than u.

If cyrkin's eyes are correc on the COA then that in and of itself would be substantiation that they could simply cancel out this sale while awarding you a complete refund. In the process, this seller would also jepordize this account based on 1. improper definition 2. non-authentic item and 3. posting a banned EBAY CoA.

If he were wise, I'd simply reimburse the buyer.

We have talked to the seller on the phone and are working things out between us. So hopefully things will work out for the best.
