I don't think it's real. It had been sold on Pristine Auctions a few times, and I believe it was even reported and taken down from ebay once. We discussed this exact same record previously. Here is the link.

I think we all would be interested in Lauren Palmer telling us what she did with this item after we all told here it was not real.
