Heys guys it's Bostonsportfan91 com'in at ya with another TTM question!

Do you like to send to tested addresses or risk it all and go for the untested addresses?

If you like to do tested how do you confirm the person signs TTM?

I love to send to addresses others have had success with but will try untested addresses as well. I will never know who signs and who does not unless I try.

I do the same only issue is I have trouble finding work addresses for people I would want TTM lol

I use tested addresses. Although, they don't always work. I got my first TTM failure back today. Monte Irvin RTS.

I use Startiger. It seems that just about every athlete and entertainer you could imagine has an address in their database. I've found that most TTM'ers will have a home address or PO box and when members from the site receive something back from a particular address it's marked as a success. The more successes the better the odds.

A good rule of thumb for using Startiger is that if an athlete or celebrity only has an address that's linked to a management company, movie studio, or c/o a team address it's probably best not to send anything as a TTM isn't likely.

true agents suck haha

1st RTS that ain't bad at all I can get 2-3 a day!

No, it isn't.

I don't send cards or pics though, only baseballs. I've been doing this for 3 years (took a break from 2010 until just last month) and I've only sent out 12 total TTM requests.

The RTS from Monte Irvin was a complete surprise as people were having successes with the address I used just last month.

It's not a complete loss though, I got my baseball and my $20 signing fee back. Now I can use that to send a TTM to someone else.

You got lucky!

It kind of depends for me. I will always use a tried and true address before I use one that is a complete mystery. However, I have started writing to some of our country's most notable, yet not always super famous, citizens and have to try out an address that I dig up and find on my own. Depends on how much I want to correspond with that person.

I agree, only thing is the unetsted can kill ya rts and no responses
