Thanks for helping!

Authentic.... No doubts in my mind about that..

Thanks, appreciate your help!

Looks pretty darned good to me.  Not the best example I've seen, but it looks authentic.  I can ask some of the Eastlink guys for opinions if you would like.  Some of them have (literally) a hundred authentic examples, and a few of them have met Bono numerous times.

Is that a pic with the lazer suit from the last tour?

I'll ask Max and Mark (superfans who've met Bono and gotten his autograph umpteen times) when I get home.  Mark should be able to answer quickly, but Max lives in Europe - so there may be a delay.  Jason Smith is also on this forum, and he's especially competent with U2 autographs.

Looks good to me. My only doubt, is the ratio of the size of the signature versus the size of the item.

Please post a pic of the entire image.

Thanks for your help!

It's a 10x8 photo. I"ll attach a cut photo, sorry for the poor quality...

That's just awesome.

It pains me to say it, but I don't think that's authentic.  In fact, I'm fairly certain it's not and have a theory about it.  I posted it on the Eastlink Facebook page for a more conclusive analysis, as they're better at IDing all the quirks for the band member's signatures.  It's possible I'm wrong, but I'm fairly sure that I'm not.

Out of curiosity, what are the signings details - where, when etc.

98%+ sure the penmanship is authentic.  However if you're looking to purchase this item, color copies are so easily made, I would research the seller.  Making they have not sold this 8 x10 in the past.  I do not recall seeing this item in the past.  Good  luck.

My last comment was for the Bono  8 x 10.  The fully signed Promo is not worth the cost of shipping.

Emsomaso - Looking at the U2 13x11, the closest one looks like the Edge autograph.  My first impression is that the Edge could be real and the others are not.  I'm probably wrong though.  I'm pretty sure that Mark Baker is much better at spotting a fake Edge than I am.  Otherwise, the Bono, Mullen and Clayton are the right idea but not exactly spot on and all look a bit slowly signed.

Looking at the signature, I'm almost wondering if this is once of those "white sheet" examples, where the signature is signed on the photographic paper before the photo is printed.
