Walt Disney + Howard Hughs Signatures- Value Ideas?

I have the signature page of a movie contract that was been signed by Walt Disney and Howard Hughs. My great-uncle worked for Technicolor in Hollywood. Any idea what value it might have?

Thank you guys so much for your insight and opinions! I would love for some dealer recommendations. One more question: does the page with both Walt & Roy Disney's signatures have a different value than the one with W. Disney alone?

The contract signed by both Walt Disney and Roy Disney, in my opinion, is a gem for any Disney collector. Roy was not only Walt's brother, but Disney's right hand man. He had just as much to do with the success of The Walt Disney Company as Walt.

I have quite a few Disney pieces and I would definitely say that would be a jewel in my collection. I have never seen a dual signed Walt and Roy document that was for sale, so it is an extremely rare piece.

To the right buyer, I believe it could fetch up to $4,000.

Roy Disney's signature retail runs between $25 -55.

As you said, Roy was Walt's Right hand man, so a dual signature document would be more

common than uncommon, as Roy was the " Secretary" of the Walt Disney Productions Co.

Can you tell us in more detail your thoughts on how you came up with the $4000 valuation .

It would be how much I would be willing to pay.

To the average collector who collects everything, it would be valued at less.

However for me who collects a lot of Disney memorabilia, I feel it could fetch $4000 or even more.

Sure there were many Roy and Walt dual signed documents, but not many still in existence, and a lot less even for sale. Also the context to me, even though it is not the full document is huge. An agreement between technicolor, the first real cartoon company, in my opinion could almost be priceless. This is just my opinion of course as I am obsessive with Disney and my views could be bias, but I would feel I had made a very good buy at $4,000.

And also a pioneer for all future cartooning and animation. Technicolor is Americana. My evaluation, again, could be bias, but I really do believe it could fetch $4,000

You'll most likely get top dollar as they have the "right" buyers. I agree with Kevin, would be surprised is it sold for less then $3500. I personally have not seen a lot of documents signed by both Roy and Walt.
