Wow,

This may have actually been a phenominal buy. I am not as familiar with Bruce's long spelled out signatures as i am with his current signatures, but at first glance, this doesnt look to bad to me. If i had seen it for sale before it ended, i would have been interested enough to pay Roger for a QO.

Looking around at the buyers past auctions etc, it seems that he is mainly selling motorcycle parts. And as we all know Bruce likes to ride, so maybe their is some type of connection their and they met at some event. This one is too much for me to opine one way or the other, but it looks promising to me. And if real, a very great deal.

I`m not totally convinced this one is real. Can look like a late 80`s, and could be legit. But I think it looks a little forced, and something with the "B" just dont feels right, someways contrived.

Looked good to me and usually (but not always) forgers don't put inscriptions as that hurts the value and makes it harder to forge.  Roger E. also says "Good" by the way.  I agree with late 80's early 90's time period.

Thanks for your replies... I would think there's a good chance it's real. If it is, it is the bargain of the century ! Still, i'm a bit concerned about the "B" and the "to Chase" bit looks like it hasn't been written by Bruce at all ...

Yes, if legit, this would be the bargain of the year, at least! $500 for something that could be worth in the range of $2000-3000. I`m ending up with the opinion that its real, but would had someone with the expertise to examine it further "in-person" if I had bought it. 

Congrats to the buyer, great bargain! (I somehow have a feeling that someone in this forum was the lucky one..hehe)

I don't like that one.... Looks like a bad attempt of a late 80's signature in my opinion ...

I agree with Bruuuce. A bad forgery of a late 80`s or early 90`s. The "B" is so totally off, and the rest isn`t so much better.
