Request for quick Opinion

Can anyone offer a quick opinion on the pics attached of of an Abbey Road Album that "allegedly" has the autograph's of McCartney and Starr on it that is at a silent auction tonight to see if it "may" be the real deal or probably a fake?  Any help is appreciated.

The COA is the EXACT same format and has the same style sticker as autographstore.com, which is a very shady auction site.
