I decided to stroll through ebay and look at some autograph certified by the new Global Authentication.  I don't know of any one single autograph collector that actually looks as a Global COA as worth anything.  As a matter of fact, if I am looking at a higher end piece with a Global COA I double study it because I question the fact of why the seller would send it to Global instead of a real authenticator.

Here are a few forgeries with a Global COA.  I know Steve Sipe is a member on this board and if this post gets me kicked off of here, than so be it.  I am just about sick and tired of Global aiding these criminal forgers by giving them a pretty sicker and cert. to go along with their forgery.   If you guys want to be treated like real authenticators, how about act like it.

Forger #1 ( listed on ebay for nearly 1000 dollars )  Make no mistake.  This is a forgery.

What is even more confusing about this particular situation is you also authenticated this REAL TOM BRADY JERSEY BELOW.  How can you authenticate the real autograph shown below and also say this obvious forgery is real?

most likely because it failed PSA or JSA

Lol, Rick that is great, i was getting ready to say the same. Boy that staff...... their have to be hundreds of them. lol. And the statement is very accurate. And Charles you certainly wont get kicked off the site for this thread.

And maybe their might even be a link dropped showing old or new Autograph News Live threads about Steve or this site.

He won't respond on this one. If by some chance he does, he'll pop in and mention Starbrite/Steve and then pop out.

Steve, I found this 100% authentic authenticated by GAI, so you can't even take credit for that.

I guess fetching Jose Canseco soda's while he signed autographs is enough to make somebody an expert.

FAKE

FAKE

FAKE

ANOTHER FAKE JIM BROWN.....5TH ONE I'VE SEEN ON EBAY IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS.  THIS IS A FAKE.  RECORD THAT IN YOUR DATABASE SIR.........

HORRIBLE MATT RYAN FORGERY...JUST  F'IN HORRIBLE

Mother of God, that is an ugly forgery of Pujols

Back when I was an authenticator and GAI we were TOLD to approve anything that was close.  This is exactly why I left GAI.  I just couldn't rubber stamp the crap we would get in.  I remember one guy sent in a box with what had to be 500  8x10 photos of Joe Montana, Brett Favre, John Elway, Dan Marino, Joe Namath, etc.   He had worked out a deal that he would pay 20 dollars for every one we could authenticate and 3 dollars for every one that didn't pass.  NEEDLESS TO SAY.....WE KNOW THE OUTCOME.

Steve Sipe can pretend he is running a legitimate business, but any true collector knows better.  I know football autographs perhaps better than the authenticators at PSA or JSA.  I've seen a few bad PSA autographs mostly of Joe Namath for some reason, and i've seen many forgeries that JSA has passed, but NOBODY could ever compare to Global.  Those guys authenticate pure S***
