It is probably just a typo error in the description. It is obviously the same item in Epperson's LOA.

I contacted the seller.  I think it was an honest mistake.  He said he couldn't remember what summer he got the item, but obviously if Roger's COA says 2010 he should have been more accurate in the description, or correct it.
