This guy is a piece of garbage.  He BLATANTLY is bragging to me how he ripped me and others off.

He has ripped off a 62-year-old woman who was under the impression he was legitimate and now won't refund her money.  She got booted from Ebay for reselling one of his "premiere signed posters".

THEY ARE ABSOLUTE FAKES AND FORGERIES AND HE'S MAKING TENS OF THOUSANDS.

Please get rid of this trash!  Click on REPORT ITEM and clickon COPYRIGHT and report that he is selling forgeries.

FIVE UNIQUE USERS GETS THIS GARBAGE OFF EBAY!  He trashes what we do and PSA as well.

PLEASE DO THIS!

Jeff don't get too excited, reported items get removed quite often. The question is whether or not he is able to relist them.

If he does not, we will need to be on the look-out for new accounts every day.

just contacted ALL the poster places he's purchased from asking for contact info.

I will get their User Information and have the detective call him this week.

WOW!  Filmfanatix has done $2,300 in visible sales in fake posters.  Looks like he spaces them out.  CLEARLY identity theft if he has separate PayPal accounts.

I'm going to buy some stuff from him

You are correct about "we the people" of the forum.  We apparently got FIVE of his posters shut down today.

I filed a case. It sucks ebay's new feedback doesn't let us see who purchased from him.

Jeff,

I sincerely hope we can nail this goon. Laughing about, and admitting too selling forgeries is just disgusting. And he really screwed himself by writing you that message, b/c it admits he is forging and thinks its funny. I hope we can nail him.

Here are a few things that i would suggest, although maybe the guys here could give better suggestions than mine. The first that is unfortunate but true, is that ebay, for the past year at least, has been turning a blind eye to forgeries. They basically dont care nor enforce there own rules. As long as they get money, they dont care. There are many items that have banned COAs and get reported left and right and nothing is ever done. Not only that, but as some of us have found out, and you may as well if you sell on ebay, there is at least one EMR ebay worker who is in on the forgery business. At least in my opinion and many others on this site. I have my suspicions who it is also, and what company they are tied too. Members here who expose forgeries are having there ebay accounts targeted in the worst kind of ways. Christopher Williams and Ryan have been hit hard, as well as myself. I think this is a big part of the problem. Basically this site was responsible for probably more autograph fraud alerts to ebay than anywhere else on the net....period. And for a while years ago, ebay was on top of things. Then it changed, and now ebay has reversed its former work by targeting honest sellers and letting the forgeries flow. So i think its probably doubtful that ebay will close this guy down. If nothing else b/c you have posted about him here, and we know that the compromised ebay EMR member (s) watch this site. So it wouldnt surprise me if this ebay EMR guy turns a blind eye, if no other reason, just to make the members here mad.

I def would keep the FBI reports going, and i will help in that regard too. In addition if we can get this guys address and real name, that would be great. Or if someone is real good with computers and can get his IP address, we can try and nail this goon. Also if we can find where he is based we can call the local FBI office and maybe sheriffs office.  This guy really had no idea what he was getting into. He thought we were just a bunch of girls gossipping and could do nothing. What he didnt count on, is that this board is responsible for getting many forgers prosecuted. And he is now in the cross arrows.

Another good tactic i think that might be possibly more effective than reporting every item he has. Which should be done by the way, but i dont think ebay cares. But if we target one item at a time, that may help. My reasoning there is kind like, if we all go to his items and just report 3 or 4, then ebay may get 5 or 10 reports spread out over these 3 or 4 items. But everyone may not be reporting the same ones. However, maybe if we target one item at a time. And example would be posting a link to one or 2 of his items that are def fake. Then all the members here can focus in and report those one or 2. This way, 20 members may report the same 2, maybe getting more ebay attention and quicker take downs. Then we just repeat the process over and over for his fake items. But this is just a suggestion. But if ebay ignores that, then we will know for sure that ebay knows this guy is selling forgeries and just doesnt care.

But we will get him as long as we keep the thread fresh and the efforts up

It's interesting that "Entertainment" items get yanked fairly quick, while "Sports" items do not. Seems like the "compromised EMR" might have more interest in Sports... Hmmmmm.

I don't believe it. Unless they're hanging out all day at the Hometown Buffet, I don't see how their plates could be so full that there isn't time to remove some of the more expensive music autograph forgeries. It would take a minimal effort to at least rid the site of the ones that are costing buyers $1,000+. However, some are remaining on eBay for weeks or months at a time before being sold. I just don't see much interest there at all. It doesn't really matter how long PayPal holds the funds because with autographs it could take years before buyers realize that they've been ripped off.

I read that message he sent to you- that alone should land him in a cell.

eBay seller mr_entertainment_2008 sells "cast signed" forgeries as well. I'm telling you guys, probably 95% of "cast signed" posters on eBay are fakes. This is hundreds of thousands of dollars we are talking about.
