Any help with who this signature actually belongs to?

Hi Guys, I hope somebody could hopefully help me in finding the identity of this autograph, it's been puzzling me since I got it in a lot of assorted autographs years ago. Any help would be amazing. Thanks in advance!

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, I can make out the "To Margaret (a Passionate Woman!)" but after that I'm lost. If anyone could even decipher the word under (a Passionate Woman!) it would be great as if it is a foreign language I might be able to narrow my search. Thanks guys!

I think that it says "Best wishes" without the space.  The signer did not cross the "t" in "Margaret" either.

Could the word be Bedanken? Thanks in German I think? Not sure though
