PSA says likely genuine. Just looking at other examples, it looks good to me like I said at the start of the post. I think I'll go ahead with the purchase. This piece framed with a photo next to my Mantle ball = awesome haha.

Ended up paying $400 for the Maris/DiMaggio and 20+ other index cards. If anyone is interested in the DiMaggio I'd be willing to sell it. Not interested in selling the Maris though.

the Maris index card alone is worth at least 400. you got the rest of the items for free, basically. good deal.

Yeah, depending what else in the lot (I know there's Musial, Kaline, some other "cheaper" HOFers) I plan on selling most of it. Maris was definitely my target in the lot haha.

What do you guys think is the best way to display an index card? I'm thinking of just doing the standard display of buying an 8x10 of Maris and getting the card framed right under the photo.

Yeah I think I will. Was also thinking of doing some kind of Yankee pin striping theme but I don't want to overdo it haha.

Finally got my Maris today and I managed to pull off the sticker that was on the index card (a small Yankee pennant)

I must say I am extremely pleased with how it looks. Planning to have it framed and display it beside my Mantle baseball display.

very cool and for a great price. glad all ended well with this. I do not know Maris` auto so its been a bit of a learning experience. I may be interested in the Musial. got a pic. Also if you have any Brooklyn dodgers in that pile let me know.
