Hi :) Sorry but in my humble opinion, that is not genuine. There appears to be a clear hesitation at the base of the "T" - not found in Tiger's hand - the formation and loop of the "g" is all wrong and not quite sure what those two upstrokes after that "g" are meant to be at all :( The "W" is a poor attempt and the formation of the rest of the surname is - let's be polite - highly atypical.
