Hi Michelle. This looks 100% authentic to me. It matches a couple of the better n person signatures I've obtained. Very nice.

also wondering how much this is worth, assuming it's authentic?  thinking about selling it if the price is right, since I wouldn't want to hang it up on my wall and there are a few other items I'm looking to buy

Very authentic and a nice signature from Brian. Nearly full signature, better than the in-person rushed signatures.
