Not genuine imo.    Even the little  sign saying musik I sverige , from memory, isn't on the genuine FDC when only about 50 were signed  by ABBA .

The stamp set is genuine but the autographs are not. What a shame someone spoiled a valuable collectors item, making it virtually worthless

There are a number of these fake ones doing the rounds; - sometimes selling for quite a lot of money
