Signature Permanancy

My concerne is the will the signature, either in ink or marker, on an autographed photo be affected after it is museum quality framed ( acid free matting and UV glass)? Will it fade/disapear even in an area not in direct sunlight?

I have a large collection in a pitch black room and the removal of the light has helped a TON.
