I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with the 1992 Score set of Dimaggio autos....

I think this looks legit - authentic auto, it's just weird that the card isn't #'d....any thoughts?

1st pic shows card of interest, 2nd pic shows a different card from same set that is numbered...3rd is another pic from set that has different type of numbering...strange

Definitely authentic. Joe had an exclusive card signing contract with Score. Not sure why the one is missing the numbers, but it's authentic.

There are other examples of the 2 of 5 card missing numbers and being PSA authentic.

The one missing the number was probably signed to be used as a replacement in the case of a damaged card coming from a pack and was not needed and got out the back door to the hobby. The number was left blank so they could fill in the replacement number if needed. That's my guess. I know Upper Deck had a few signed copies of a Griffey Jr. for replacement because I once got a damaged one and that is how they handled it.

That makes a lot of sense!

Thanks Ryan & BC!  That's good to hear that there are other ones with missing numbers...

Absolutely authentic
