Another freddie mercury

It's apparently on some sort of piece of paper from their wembley concert in 86. I've seen so many and unsure which are fake and real, they all look the same so it's hard to tell the difference

"Looking strange" doesn't definitely mean fake. A signature appended in a relaxed context will obviously be quite different from a signature of the same year from a rushed backstage or press conference (look the "M" attached of this one, signed the same year than the Brandes' one) Many factors are involved and affect the way a person sign, it's just a matter of being able to recognize the specific handwriting." 

I don't have any Museum, but I have also seen hundreds of signatures. Roger signing in Green seems to be a fake, but if he signs in black seems more genuine. In fact: a genuine autograph can always be a good fake. But most of the fakes are poor fakes and can be detected quite easily, there is about 3-5% of autographs I see on which I'm simply not sure, and I don't buy them.  

Judging single autographs is always much more sophisticated than complete sets. You can try and fake one autograph many times and sell the best one. Faking all four autographs in a good way on one item is quite unlikely - simple math.

Bad fakes like the Hot Space vinyl from another topic do not need any discussion. We all knew it was a very bad forgery. The ones you are not sure about, you shouldn't say they're 100% fake, even if you had a museum.

Yeah, it's as obvious as this one, when a fan asked him for an auto and Freddie got a stomach cramp at the same time... I didn't realize!

Lol a stomach cramp? And Fran, I hope you didn't take offense at anything I said. I know I may have sounded rude in past comments, but it was never intended to sound that way. It's always nice to find other queen collectors, so I hope there are no hard feelings here

i expect a lot of fakes hitting the market soon with the bio pic coming out in 2015

The bio pic has been in the making for years. There is not set year for it to come out yet. Brian May just did a few interviews on it. All scheduled dates online are just rumors. Most fans doubt it'll ever actually get done.

Yep. And straight from Brian May about 2 weeks ago, he said nothing is rolling yet, and they don't have a release year to tell. Personally, I'm not a fan of the idea. Having heard from loads of close friends from Freddie that he was a very private kind of guy, I doubt he would have wanted a bio pic made. But, who will ever know for sure what he wouldve wanted, right? Either way, I just hope it's done well. I don't think his new guy they want to play him looks even remotely like him, though. We'll see what happens!
