exactly! i already contacted ebay just to make sure and they said i could get my money back.
Get a good strong magnifying glass or jewelers loupe, and look at the areas where the pen lines cross. A print will have the same amount of ink throughout the whole signature, but something hand signed will show the ink doubled in the areas where the pen crosses.
All the crossed lines in the R, all the a's and the L & Y, the enlarged scans do look as if the crossed areas appear darker (double the ink)

Now that I have seen a large closeup image of the signature you can see the pixalation in the writing which means its a color copy. Pens don't have that.
With Roger's opinion Ricky you should be able to get a refund if you have not already
