It's being offered by Presspass Collectables on ebay.  It has a PSA/DNA ITP certification.

I've read a bit on here about people questioning Presspass and even questioning whether PSA/DNA ITP certifications are legit and it has me a little worried I guess.  The autograph is a bit shaky but Ali is old and shaky now.

Thoughts?

Yes, I think it looks good.  It seems to match recent auto's pretty well.  His graph has taken a turn for the worse in the past couple of years.

Call PSA/DNA with the serial number and find out when it was signed. I'm not that experienced with Muhammad Ali autographs, but the ones I've seen since 2008-9 were much cruder than this one.

I don't like it at all. Whether it is real or not is almost impossible to say as his signature has changed so much and unless the item was witnessed I would pass and look for a much better example

It was witnessed by PSA.  It's an In The Presence COA

Then if you're happy with it go ahead and make an offer and I'm sure you'll pick it up

I have never dealt with Presspass but I trust PSA that they wouldn't lie about witnessing an autograph.  The only slight concern I have is that the Letter of Authenticity is dated August 20, 2014 meaning that it probably a relatively recent autograph.  I've seen some of his autographs from 2011 and the PSA number usually starts with 4 or 5. But perhaps I should call them like Steve suggested

I can't imagine PSA lying about it either. Give them a call. Actually, first see if it's imaged in their online database. Sometimes people have used genuine COAs for fake autographs.

Maybe it was a witnessed signing from many years ago, when Ali's handwriting was smoother. As I said, I'm not that experienced with his autograph. It's just surprisingly smooth for ones I've seen signed in recent years.

Give them a call and I'm sure they will help answer questions. Press Pass are a bit dicey as they get a lot of items mass authenticated and have sold fakes with PSA stamps previously but I think this one will be fine as it's in person

There are a million other Ali that you can read for the same price.  Go with those!

There are recent examples that are not "that" shaky. I'm assuming it depends on his health and abilities that day, also on how many he has signed that day. In terms of the signature itself, it doesn't have (nor do most modern examples) the characteristics I look for in Ali signatures, but I would be comfortable with PSA ITP.
It may be authentic but that's a nasty ali signature. Definately much better signatures of ali around if your patient and do your research. Press pass aren't exactly cheap either !

Thanks for your help everyone.  I have decided to pass on it.
