Beatles Program-Signed By Lennon, Harrison and Starr

What do you think a signed Beatles program by only Lennon, Harrison, and Starr is worth. I had the program checked out by Roger, and said they were good.

depending on condition etc, I would guess around 4K, maybe a little less.

So many factors have to be considered before estimating a price. Such as quality of signature, neatness, spacing, boldness, size, condition of item they signed on, etc.
Please post a photo if you want an accurate estimate by the capable members of this site.
