I just wanted to get a quick second opinion on this Paul McCartney. It is from 1968 and has already been looked at by Frank Caiazzo. However I just wanted to see if anyone could/wanted to give a quick opinion on what they thought. Thanks!

Good stuff. Big Frank has given it his seal of approval.

Thanks Paul, yeah I am pretty sure 100% this is correct, but I just want to do a complete due diligence first and let the forum take a look as a "2nd look" if they had an opinion, but With Frank already looking at it I didn't want to do a quick opinion as I didn't think it was necessary either.

Not necessary.
I think Adam you just have to go for it once you start buying we won't be able to stop you.

haha that is true! Thanks Paul ;)

Let's go bro cross the bridge you have great taste in music jump Inn.

authentic

You can get nicer examples though.

I decided to purchase this item!

I know it isn't a "perfect" in shape piece, but the other reason why I started to fall in love with it was because of the inclusion of Jane Asher's signature also being on the inside. (Jane being one of the greatest Muse's in rock music history inspiring songs like I'm Looking Through You, And I lover Her, We Can Work It out etc...)  This piece being from 1968 (they broke off there engagement in July of that year) This puts in the time frame from January to early July( unless they both so happened to be in attendance that night post break up). I believe it was probably signed in February as it was reported that Paul was there at the Surpreme's recording of Live at London's Talk of The Town. (where they recorded that night a version of Michele and Yesterday)

Also if this were February this makes it the same month/year of the recording sessions for Lady Madonna/Hey Bulldog. Also my favorite album (The White Album) was a product of that year.  It is the history of these types of pieces that really make me love being a collector. I can't wait to receive it and do a bit of further research!
