Jason had started a thread; http://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/what-is-exact-proof-...

and like all good threads there are discussions witin discussions but this sub-discussion came up on a dealer Milton Lubin & http://www.substancecollectables.com/boxing_hall_of_fame___1

It appears that in 2003 although the Lubans were properly served but they failed to answer the complaint.

DECISION AND ORDER
MARRERO, District Judge.
By order dated July 22, 2003, the Court authorized entry of a default judgment in favor of plaintiffs Tiffany (NJ) Inc. and Tiffany and Company (collectively, "Tiffany") and against defendants Milton and Connie Luban and their company Luban Incorp. (collectively, the "Lubans"), the proprietors of an internet site selling counterfeit Tiffany merchandise in violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114(1), 1116(d). Upon consideration of Tiffany's written and oral evidence as to its damages, the Court awards Tiffany a judgment in the amount of $573,818.64.

Jason went on further in one comment;

This link is the link with the guy and the actual photo we have on files one doctored that has the guy mentioned above.

On 17 May 2012 the guys who were building a file heard the following news : He received a letter from the lawyers of Prince Marketing and Super Star Greetings today. Telling him to remove all items and images of Joe Frazier, Micky Ward, Roy Jones Jr, Hulk Hogan, Chuck Zito, Vinnie Paz and the Super Star Greetings logo. This guy is total scum and is getting what he deserves.

The most famous website in the world for tackling fakes did a special on him here you can read it for your selfs. click the link.

I wont pu the photos yet I will leave them as aces in our hands till we have too but I believe there is enough here to make your minds up if this is true or not.

Recently I received some photos that appear to have been photoshopped and were alleged to be used by Milton Lubin to promote his product offerings.  The one on the left is what has been alledged as the real one while the one on the right has been alledged as fake ones that were used as "proof" pictures.

One recent excerpt from Jason;

Ps yes DB strange here seems no one in America cares about what s going on in their door step and on of this forums own.    (sometimes Jason - it takes some extra cycles ;-)

Since I have no dogs in this fight and Milton Lubin is an AML member here as was pointed out in the intial thread above, it would be pertinent to have some feedback on these claims and allegations.

We've changed policies on AML and I'm behind on enforcing them. When you make accusations about people or question their credibility we need to have your real name and confirm your identity. So stop comments until you're confirmed please.

You can keep your member name, just add your real name to your profile and then email me with your phone number, Facebook profile or other way to help identify you. That info will be kept private. You can also set your profile so it's only visible by other members, or is completely private (only AML personnel can see it).

I appreciate your understanding.

Thanks,

Steve

Where are you Milton? Are you whimpping out on answering all the accusations brought forward by members about your business practices of selling fakes and getting kicked off eBay numerous times and the list goes on? As a business man one would think you would answer the questions asked of you in this forum. Be a man and address questions otherwise you appear really guilty as the owner of Substance Collectibles.

This forum will never go away and we will continue to follow your, what I refer to as, unethical business practices.
Was just browsing the net and came upon this pic of Milton luban with Ali....allegedly
What do you guys think?

Good to see more "fraud" from Milton. Thank you Carlos for your posting. I have been communicating with a senator about Milton and what he has been doing. Milton is basically operating at a much much higher level of fraud than you find on the Internet that no one can do anything about.....but......Milton is going to get his rear end in a bed of nails. Matter of fact I received an email from the senator today and this will be a great "btw follow up" email in a few minutes. Something I have been working on for a while now and now I expect to see men in suits knocking at his door in the near future. I am pushing on this to move along as hard as I can. It's a mission I am on.
I have been communicating with the senator in my state that is not tolerating sellers on the Internet that are and have sold fake/fraudulent autographed memorabilia. I have been supplying him with gathered information on Milton with a mission to shut him down. The senator has been very receptive to the undisputed proof I have provided. It has taken several weeks of communication with the senator that is personally out to rid the Internet of people like Milton. As he mentioned there is endless situations like this but my only concern is to pounce on Milton and his business practices. I will not end my communication with the senator until the hammer comes down on Milton and I am a very persistent little bast***. It's very satisfying to know Milton is blinking on the senators map. I will post updates as they become available as to the progress of this mission.
Good. Thanks for doing that.
