Need your help on this item please. This looks so perfect - I would say this is too perfect to be authentic. What do you think?

I've seen this one before.  Looks like a decent forger was busy at work on these. IF it were real, it would be worth at least 2000-3000 dollars not the 500 bucks the seller wants. I've only seen one authentic fully signed Dylan and the Band signed item in 20 years of collecting.
