U2 - 12" Single signed in 1983 - Authentic?

The Bono and Larry look a bit different than the ones from that era I've seen.

I'd post this one in the U2 Eastlink group on Facebook if you can.  I think there tends to be more comprehensive knowledge there.  I'm seeing some positives, but it is kind of a tough era for Bono (a year or two later and this would be an easier call), and Larry was kind of all over the place in the early 80's.
