Did this magazine ever come out as advertised? I haven't seen it being offered any longer.

I'm still awaiting delivery of this magazine, which I ordered on Oct. 9, 2010. Only two people that I've found on this entire website have said that they received theirs. No response from AQ. Further comments, please. I'm about to notify PayPal of non-delivery of the product & demand a refund.
