We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.

The new system has been in place for 2 months now and it's working well.

This video shows you how easy the new forum is to use.

You can follow the forum and be notified of new signings exclusively! And you can enter a musician's name in the forum's search box and find any discussions about them.

Be sure to click the Follow link at the bottom of the list of discussions.

Try it...I think you'll like it.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

Thank you sir, some people don't realize he was their bassist from 62 till 93 so was around for all the good stuff. A reasonable price for a "Stone".

It's cool. I have his last solo album. He keeps his bass in his restaurant.
Around for some off the good stuff, lol, old Bill was getting a little freaked out in the once Nazi ocupied french villa in the 70s. Yes he had his fair share off the stones.

Got mine yest too.  Very nice!

Chrissie Hynde from the Pretenders  has signed Vinyls

Thanks, and lets keep our eyes out. This is a great thread for getting some authentic, reasonably priced music sigs. Premiere collectables  has a few musicians signed books for sale.

Newbury Comics just listed Joe Satriani's new cd for pre-order only $15.99

my friends, since yesterday Im a little confused about all the "official" signed items that can be ordered from the Websites and also from merch at concerts. I have been able yesterday to talk backstag at Lenny Kravitz concert in Kempten/GERMANY with someone who is working in the Music business. He/she said that it´s common practice that some stars/celebrities are asking to sign items for them and sell it on the merch. As of Lenny Kravitz - he does not sell signed items as he do not like to sign items - I was just lucky to get 2 items signed from him. But one Name that has been named in this discussion was for example Chris DeBurgh. He asked one of the tourmanagers to sign 300 Pictures that have been sold at the merch. I was quiet shocked yesterday and said that this is not fair - but he/she said that if they don´t do it they will choose another promoter or Manager next time for touring. I know a friend of mine picked up an signed Album from Chris DeBurgh on the merch - so cannot be sure that it is authentic??? I am now really thinking of all these shop items or also the fundraising sites like Pledge or Kickstarter. Bill Wyman signed CD´s , Chrissy Hynde, newly listed here Joe Satriani - what if these are just fakes signed by someone else? Do I have to do a quick opinion first from Roger before picking up these "official" signed merch?
