Hello,

Not hand signed, sorry. The signature in question was published on page 8 of the Spring 2009 Inspire magazine from The Kapiolani Medical Center in Hawaii as part of a letter of congratulations from the White House. I created a quick compare for you with some screenshots.

Here is the scan I mentioned. Perhaps I misunderstood your question - apologies. If you are asking how the signature you posted was created, I am with Richard - hard to say from this far, but not by any hand.
