I have a life size poster of neil (after gold rush?) I would like to get signed, Anyone know how to do so? Is he accessible?

reccordmecca has  like 3 neil young set lists for sale ranging $1500-$6000! Are set lists by neil easy to find?

Although i like recordmecca i think some of his prices are way to high.
Set list are usually printed of now, so i guess they are rare.
