He responded to my email the next day. He is a very busy man. Plus, it is the holidays. I wouldn't expect an answer from him until Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest.
No word yet from Roger. Hmmm.
I used his service last year and had to send 3 emails within a week before finally getting any response. His entire response on my item, "Good." It's not like I was expecting a novel, but definitely an easily earned $15...
It is a busy time of the year. I used his service just once for confirmation recently. It is not something I normally do. I wrote and asked if I may, beforehand, and to clarify procedure. He replied OK, I paid with PP and had my answer (a few sentences with some detail and it was all I needed) within a few hours at most. Give him a break I think.

Well, I appreciate everyone for sharing your positive experiences with Roger. But in my case, I must say, I am very disappointed. Am I wrong for being upset? I think I have given him ample time to at least acknowledge my email request.

No responses on any of these emails. In closing, I am not going to chase the guy for $15. I wish him the Best for 2016!
He's always been prompt when I've sent him things to look at. Maybe he just busy for the holidays or something.
