In my opinion, the buyer overpaid for this piece.  Yes, its cool to have an album signature that spanned from generations to generations, but the autographs collected in this album are mediocre at best.  Where's TR?  Also, I'm surprised since the collection originated from Massachusetts, that it doesn't have JFK.  Whoever bought this piece is most likely a dealer who will disassemble the collection and sell them off piece by piece.  Thanks for sharing.
