Michael Jackson Signed Photograph

Listed for under 200$ It is signed on an AGFA photograph. I am thinking it might be secretarial. The "To" part looks different than authentic examples I have seen. What do you guys think?

Thank you,Washer. Upon further inspecting it the signature looks like it has too many unusual zigzags in the middle.
