This is being sold by Frank Caiazzo. I'd trust his judgement.

aside from the fact that Caiazzo passed these, I see nothing wrong with these signatures, in fact, its one of the nicer signed albums I have seen.

Looks like a fraudulent Ebay seller "BeatlesandBowie" is using the same images from Frank Caiazzo's website and is selling the exact same "With the Beatles" LP.  I bet he doesn't have the other two he is selling either as it's the same picture from the PSA website.
