Checked on PSA site comes authenticated but no photo uploaded on the PSA site.

Did not see this when I started answering, you spotted that also.  I sent this exact item to someone else last week and told them I didn't believe the cert to be real and pointed these things out.

I also noted the photo appears to be higher on the page than most legit certs of 2011.

The Cert for PSA/DNA does not appear (to me) to be a legit cert.

Note the wording/lettering at the top Letter of Authenticity--this should have a slight shadow on the lettering, this one is absent of that. Legit ones I found online under.

even darker copies show the slight letter shadowing:

It also notes at the bottom with an asterisk that a photo of this particular item is on PSA's site, which is false, there is no photo for this Item #.  

Just some observations I made when I first saw this item.
