She should have taken the money and run. But they may have ended up with more than that depending on her contract with rr, meaning they may have paid less commission.
Its almost always 22.5% to the buyer and 10% to the seller.the sig went for 6k so if u deduct 10% from it 5400 looks like the payoff she got.
Solid price, however you want to look at it.
I agree Paul.i wonder what a signed check would sell for?

Your full name Jim cheque would have to reach 6 and hopefully a little more.

Imo.... If this signature went for 7350.00
My check I would think being a full name would be much more desirable and should sell for more than this item.
I just can't believe that Morrison sigs increased in value and desirability overnight.somethings gotta give.

Yeah I was being conservative, They have increased heaps and if you see them for 4k buy them.

I'll by them all day for 4k.

I'm guessing a JMorrison would be between $4,500.- to $5,200.- Not including bp and a Jim Morrison about $5,500.- to $6,000.- Not including bp. I would hope.

I agree Paul. H. my checks are only signed JMorrison and i would still rather have it over this signed cut piece.

Yea that's a no brainer for sure.other than the one that's been on eBay forever,I haven't seen a check for sale in quite a while.in you opinion Jack, what do u think these checks would go for on rr or another respectable auction house.?
That makes sence.these checks were averaging 4K just 2 yrs ago.guess there desirability and price have gone up since.
