We all Love Lucy any thoughts?

Here is my wifes Lucy picture she got a long time ago? Any thoughts on it I have heard she had a secretary and some are real? Its is a 5x7 vintage photo.

I think its real Louie.  A dealer once told me that the Love in 'Love Lucy' should look like 'Lave."
