My KISS collection..... GOOD or BAD? Opinion please...

So, after reading so many theads of KISS here and realized that most items are fakes I would like to sort out good from bad in my collection, too. Please let me know what you are thinking. I knew for years tl be very careful in purchasing KISS autographs. I think I might could have some beauties...... cross my fingers. Oh and I´ve also brought from KissArmyWarehouse.... oh and some items are trades....

Oh, I´ve tried to no buy from sellers, that are known for fakes - no COA attached on ea of these, too. If you require better picture, just advice an I will post later...

Update - did found another item, a trick or treat soundtrack. Got that one from an bulgarian seller - I remeber he said he got the signatures in person back in the 80s. Actually I´ve never seen such an Gene signing before... could this be from the 80´s?

many thanks for your opinion. Well, I don´t have problems if you "burn" some items. I´ve had so many bad items in my collection and I´m still busy in cleaning it up. Quality of my collection gets better and better with ea. item that can be sort out. Anyway, my thought on my KISS albums - I would guess, the Animalize is bad, the Destroyer, the Live2, and the Asylum - never have seen such an Paul Stanley signature - the "star" on the "Y" is only a circle..... And the soundtrack - maybe someone does have a similar Gene signatures available? Could this be a signature from the 80´s?

anyway, more opinions welcome at any time!

In my opinion i dont think any of these kiss autos are real,the paul stanley autos are very unlike the one on my kisstory book.

I was about to say the same thing. I have the kisstory book and have met the band a few times (pre-concert VIP meet and greets ). Paul's signature on these items doesn't come close to matching the in-person items I obtained

thanks! I have that book, too, but they signed hundrets of books ea day - sure they look quiet different. I wouldn´t sign that good if I had to do it, too. So I would like to see more authentic stuff from the different periods.

Here are my In-person Kiss autographs from the 2009-2010 tours. The signed 8x10's were only for VIP guests.

Next is my signed Kissology book

I have a couple of items left from the VIP meet and greets even from the 1998 Psycho Circus tour that I will try to get to later.

Here is a link to my KISS autographs. They are in the "music" section. The Asylum album was obtained in-person. (Stanley,Simmons,Kulick). The Dynasty cover signed by Criss was in-person as well. The Lick it Up album was bought over 20 years ago, signed by Simmons,Vincent,Carr. The KISS Konvention pass was signed by Simmons in person. he´s got many albums fully signed from KISS. He sells these like bread.... check his feedback..

Oh, and another question. I´ve tried to get in contact with the seller of my Creatures of the Night album. Actually he is located in the US and I´m here in Germany. I don´t think he cares alot of my question. Are you able to help getting in contact with him and asking about history of my Creatures - Album? The sellers ID is

He´s actually sold so many items signed from KISS in the past - cannot believe that all were fake. Curious - the seller has still a actice account at ebay!

I´ve asked him about history - here is his answer:

"It came in with the many review copy LPs i am listing..that?s all i can say i am afraid.

However, as a KISS collector i think they seem spot on, otherwise i would not have bought the few LPs he had from Kiss..

If i had genuine authenticity i would be starting the LP at over £200 easily! Which in the USA seems to be the bottom price nowadays.

So this is only a question of believing him, that these are authentic. To be honest - these signatures looking to perfect to be real - what do you think about?
