Is the signed Paul McCartney real???

I would appreciate and feedback and opinions. Seller is asking $700.00 for it. The back cover has some minor water damage. Thank you.

It definitely looks authentic to me too, but you should be able to do better price-wise.

Looks like it might be ,after signing a few books his signature looks lazy, go to Roger Epperson site, for $15.00 dollars, he will give you a expert opinion, he`s a authenticator in rock n roll signatures. Hope this helps! Jake
