Please see this 2007 Liverpool squad signed jersey and let me know whether or not you think it could be genuine.

If it is a forgery, I will say that at least, the forget put some effort into it since it doesn't look like the signatures are made by the same hand. COA comes from Inspeccao-Geraldas Activdades Culturais

I'm inclined to believe it is a fake since there's no contact info provided on the certificate plus anybody could've created it on their home printer. Asking for a more experienced hobbyist's opinion.

I'm also going to try writing to the IGAC and see what they have to say regarding the certificate, but I'm not particularly fond of how it looks.
